Dispersed in sunflower oil: madder root, spirulina, alkanet root, cocoa, charcoal, dill weed, turmeric, paprika/red palm oil added to emulsion
On a grocery trip I picked up some locally grown purple sweet potatoes. The cooking water was an amazing purple but had my suspicions it would react to the lye and I was right. It immediately turned to a brilliant green (!!!) then to a typical orange.
