If, for some reason, you attempt to re-set your password and the new password doesn’t work, you probably didn’t verify your email address when you created your account. Check your spam folder for the verification email. If it’s not there, contact me! I will be happy to verify your account and re-set your password for you.
If you find that you have to re-set your password every time you need to log in, be sure to enter your phone number along with the new password and that seems to help it “stick”. Or contact me to re-set it for you – be sure to let me know what you want your password to be.
