Rainbow & Unicorn Soaps (Oct 2017)

There are so many different ways to incorporate rainbows and unicorns into soap! This type of themed soap is quite popular! Here is the soap I created for the video, and you can check out the links to even more inspiration below the tutorial:

Colors

Red: There are several suppliers with true red colorants for cold process soap now. I remember several years ago when it was very difficult to find anything. I can recommend the True Red Set from Mad Micas, Really Red! mica from Nurture Soap, Tomato Red from Nature’s Garden, and Red Lake 30 from TKB Trading.
Orange: Pure orange micas are known for fading. You can bump up the color by adding some red & yellow colors, or using other orange pigments such as neons. Elements Bath & Body has a new orange mica that is made with fluorphlogopite and will be more stable in CP: Frosty Orange Gelato.
Neons: You can find a rainbow of neon soap colors from several different suppliers, including Nurture Soap, Mad Micas, and Micas & More.
